Frederika played her junior netball with the Randwick Netball Association.
She showed great promise at an early age with her netball.
Frederika subsequently has gone on to represent NSW in aged teams U17 and U19.
Frederika has been selected in the Australian U17, U19 and U21 teams.
She is a Training Partner with NSW Swifts for 2024 and 2025.
Off Court
Frederika is studying for a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) with an interest in Sport Psychology.
She holds a UTS Elite Athlete Program Scholarship.
Frederika has a fun regard for outdoor healthy living and enjoys cooking and travel in her netball downtime.
